Khao presents THAILAND’S CULINARY MASTER SERIES 2018

KHAO by Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai presents Thanunya Kaikaew, Chef Gai, in a weekend that is sure to be the talk of the town. From one-on-one cooking lessons to a spectacular four-course, wine paired meal, comprising western delicacies and fresh ingredients native to Northern Thailand which includes crayfish, sturgeon and Royal Project-produced vegetables and herbs. Chef Gai is known for her expertise in desserts such as honeycomb parfait, taro crème Brulee, and kao nuk nga waffles, expect the most delightful finale to the meal.

A certified French cuisine specialist by Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Thanunya Kaikaew has spent numerous years sharpening her skills in dessert-making and is one of the six chefs to be selected as part of the culinary elite of Iron Chef Thailand. A published author, her in 2004 cookbook Healthy Menu brought her critical acclaim and led to several opportunities including the launch of Gai & Joel Global Flavours, which remains one the top eateries in Bangkok.
