Four Seasons Resort has just launched its new Sizzling Sundays brunch at North by Four Seasons.
Experience a lighthearted afternoon beginning with a distinctive array of made to order dishes from Fin De Claire Oysters to a 24 hour smoked brisket. Four Seasons Sunday brunch is an all-encompassing plethora of delectable culinary delights. Their stunning fire-pit grill is at center stage as the chefs cook up amazingly delicious cuts of meats. For me, their Hanger Steak with Chimmi Churri stole the show. The steak was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. It was so good I order a second plate.
But don’t let my love of steak overshadow any of the other dishes. Each plate could stand on its own, including the desserts which were on their A-game. If you have a sweet tooth as I do, you will instantly fall in love with their Salted Caramel Cake with Vahlrona Milk Chocolate. With the best part being that this brunch is an all you can eat affair.
From 11:30 am – 2:30 pm THB 1,800 ++ with a glass of sparkling wine / THB 2,500++ with free-flow wine, beer, cocktail, and soft drink.
