Favola at Le Méridien Chiang Mai will be hosting a one of a kind event with a special guest chef from Italy. Chef Barbasso is a World champion of Pizza Acrobatics and will be showcasing his skills for the next three days in Chiang Mai at the Pizza Fiesta.
Chef Barbasso puts on quite an amazing and thrilling show which will have everyone watching wondering how he does it. From spinning a ridiculously large dough to juggling three pizzas you can see why he is a World Champion. However, don’t let the show fool you; his pizzas are delicious! 
The Chef
Pasqualino began his career in his family’s Pizzeria, Il Falco Azzuro, in Cammarata, in the Sicilian province of Agrigento. He underwent formal pizza-making training to hold up the high quality and standards of Italian pizza. In 1998 he conquered the Sicily’s Acrobatic Pizza championship, and by 2001 he was World Champion. Pasqualino has traveled around the world showcasing his remarkable performances while satisfying insatiable appetites of pizza lovers worldwide. This year he has toured Dubai, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Seoul, and he just recently made a tour stop at Phuket before coming up to Chiang Mai.
