Nap – New dawn, New day

Nimmanhaemin in Chiang Mai is a lively and colorful neighborhood. It had made it own mark on the city with a collection of cafe’s, art studios, bars, restaurants, and boutiques. This community has become a trendsetter in the town of Chiang Mai.

Food

Among all there is to see in the lively neighborhood sits Nimman Soi 1. This small street is home to a lovely array of art, design and home decor boutiques, nestled among residential homes. The booth that was grabbing everyone attention was My Secret Cafe. Offering vegan cakes, that use no flour or egg, to full-on munchies like their infamous “Crownies,” composed of a cookie bottom, Reese’s peanut butter in the middle, and a brownie top. Attendees could not help but stop and drool at this munchie masterpiece.Besides the food, there were plenty of other vendors to discover! From custom ceramic mascots, handmade soaps to incredible intricate jewelry made by boutique shops. This festival would be an aspiring art collector and interior designers dream! The local talent never ceases to amaze me as it seems the growth to continues and Nap has given them a vehicle to show what they can offer. So many things I wanted to purchase but had to steel myself!

Nap 18th ‘new dawn, new day’  showcases the town’s uniqueness with chic boutiques, unique craft, and sensory pleasing artisan dishes. Nap has activities for the kids to help keep the little one entertained. For those who are looking to expand their knowledge and skill, a variety of DIY workshops are being offered. For those in love with music, the night will be filled with all styles of music for all backgrounds to enjoy.
