French Cuisine and the Blissful Scenery of Ping River at Le Crystal Restaurant.

The winter season is back to this tropical land, and many people have been looking forward to it. With that in mind, Le Crystal has been preparing to reopen and is ready to offer guests countless French delicacies yet again!

At Le Crystal, the guest may choose whether they would like to enjoy our premium and masterful dishes in a simple but fulfilling à la carte, or in traditional French full course style which consists of the following dishes.


Pan-Fried Foie Gras with Mix Fresh Fruit, Peach and Berry Sauce

For entrée or starter dish, the place will introduce you to a juicy medium Foie Gras dish seasoned with salt and black pepper while also accompanied with three different sauces including Balsamic glaze, raspberry sauce, and peach sauce.


Traditional French Onion Soup

A French onion soup gratin with parmesan cheese and Gruyère cheese. Imagine a hot soup with stretchy cheese, infusing with Tio Pepe sherry fragrance, and have some toast as a side dish.


Pan-Fried Tiger Prawn with Garlic Pomme Puree

A wonderful prawn dish consists of a magnificent fragrance of garlic and rosemary, accompanied with potato mash mixed with garlic, garlic butter, and some asparagus. Truly a dish that will mesmerize prawn lovers.


For dessert, we have a well-known French dish made from egg, sugar,  Grand Marnier, onion, and orange peel.


Iced Nougat with Brandy Caramel Sauce

French ice cream made from caramelized almond called nougatine, egg white, sugar, gelatin powder, and some dried fruits, with a brandy caramel sauce as a topping.


Currently, Le Crystal also offers food delivery, from 11.30  – 20.00 (Closed on Monday)
