A country French style café and bakery, Chez Nous is the brainchild of Chef James Pachara Thakerngkiat. A former instructor at the famed Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, Chef James taught aspiring pastry chefs the world of French pastry baking. He is bringing this experience and knowledge and has designed an artisan bakery that should leave people in awe.
For Chez Nous, only the finest and freshest elements will go into their bread, they even use a natural homegrown yeast in their baked goods, which has no synthetic chemicals added. Their location is also as beautiful as their products. Decorated with antique furnishings and big windows that let the sun shine through, Chez Cous has the making of a perfect place to spend the morning sipping on a cup of coffee.
Grand Opening
In commemorating their grand opening, Chez Nous filled up the day with Jazz Music and supplied a variety, finger foods, baked goods and delicious pastries. They are now open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. So make sure to stop by, try it for yourself and give us feedback on what you think of the newest addition to Chiang Mai’s ever-growing culinary scene.
