The shop has first-class coffee beans that come straight from the Akha tribe. Akha farmers are some of the most skilled in Thailand, being able to grow Arabica beans such as Catuai and Typica in favor of the lower quality. The cafe owner, Lee trained with Stumptown Coffee Roasters and has roast level has been more than noticeable. Everyone that has stopped or stumbled on Akha Ama have nothing but good things to say about this coffee shop and the coffee itself.
