Rosélato always has countless customers because of their beautiful sculpted ice creams. Inspired by gelatos and the tools they use to serve the ice cream. These beauties are as good as they look and they are all homemade! Rosélato started two years ago, and their newest location in Niman has only been open for six months. Their signature is Vanilla which gets it blue tinge from the local Thai Butterfly Pea flower.
Rosélato carries a total of fixed eight flavors in total. Occasionally they will make new styles depending on the seasonal elements. Other exciting flavors like Rose ice cream is made from rose water, while Yakult is created from a local favorite drinking yogurt. They also carry Gelato Floats which are topped with their famous rose shaped ice cream.
Ploy which is a traditional style dessert made with shaved ice made from coconut milk, some Thai dessert toppings, lotus root and of course their signature Rose.
