Shangri-la Chiang Mai is putting a fantastic treat for everyone that is a fan of Chinese Cuisine. For the next couple of day up until June 30th, you can indulge in savory Shanghainese flavors through a wide assortment of traditional dim sum and authentic dishes like stewed Pork belly in soya gravy and stir-fried choy sum and shitake mushrooms, just to name a few. All expertly crafted by guest chefs Philip Yang and Geoffery Li, from Jing An Shangri-La, West Shanghai.
